Must not be retaining water. I have been shooting for 10,000 steps per day and have hit it most days. Gig days I went over so the averaged out

Doctor's appointment woke me up. I have to drink water to keep my weight in check. Too many bad choices this summer. I feel bloated and tired. I want to feel energetic again. Time to move every day not just gig days. NO MORE EXCUSES!

Vacation set back with eating out too much. Could have been worse. Also my Fitbit died so my son helped me pick out a new Alta. So far I like it. OK so it isback to grind to lose these back and forth pounds. I hate yo yo'ing and it is my fault. I have to stay the course and be consistent.
