I’ve notice something useful. The days that I are approx 100g of carbs are the days my weight went down. This is really good to know because it has become apparent that to earn less carbs and less calories go hand in hand. Also healthy because I am doing it while getting my 25-30g of fiber which is ultimately healthy for the gut and sustainable long term.
It is a new way of eating for sure as it can be tricky to stay within the metrics and eat low carb.
