glad I took over the desire of my body. I am the master and the body is the house. I am not a prisoner of the body. it follows what it is told to it to do. I watch now high fiber and fat veggie raw has less carbs then cook and keeps you filled more. so happy for the walk in - 14 feels like -20. bundled up and this is done
