I did not realize I had 200 calories I could have consumed yeturday. No wonder I went to sleep hungry and my poor belly was growling all evening :-( I had an early dinner and it was a fast food type of dinner because I had class. When I get home from class it's already 8pm. That's too late to eat.

This morning I was ecctatic when I read the number on my scale, 146! Woo hoo! What a nice way to start this challenge. I don't recall what challenge this is anyways. LOL!

I have got to work on eating every 2 hours. If I don't, I'll over eat on the 3rd hour. I'll over eat on fatty foods, i.e. potatoe chips :-(

So for it being my first day recording my food intake on this website I ate crappy! Not only did I eat a whole burger for lunch, I ate sushi for dinner, and not necessarily the healthy type. ugh. Today was my "bad" day, i'm only allowed one bad MEAL a week, not a bad day. Yikes! Today was REEEEEEEELY BAD!! One Really bad day in the past 3 weeks is not bad. I'm forgiving myself & moving forward :-)
I hope that in the future I'm able to fight the temptation & eat smaller portions. Thing is.......sushi isn't good the next day :-(

Hi all! Happy New Year. So this is official day 19 since I started my new dietary intake. For ya'll that want to know what I'm doing, I'm eating mini meals which can also be translated into small snacks. The first week was difficult because I was use to eating 3 large meals a day. I've noticed the weight loss around my waist line. I'm down one belt notch. :-) And I'm down approx. 7 lbs. I started my new eating habit (notice I don't use the word diet because it's really not a some type of diet fad it's a change in "eating habit") weighing 155 lbs. I feel good about the program I'm working and I'm loving this website. I started counting calories this week, for the very first time in my life!!! And I'm so lucky I found this website! Today as a matter of fact! I guess as we get older we do things we swore we would never do,like count calories! LOL! I'm looking forward to getting to know learn this website. For now, toodles!
