Every Saturday I go to a Vietnamese Restaurant for lunch with my Mom. It has taken many trials to find the right dish, but I think I've finally done it. Stir fried eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and red peppers, with shrimp and bay scallops, in coconut milk and green curry. No cornstarch, no noodles or rice. Delicious! Only 288 (estimated) calories and 9.48 net carbs.

So slow.........but I'm creeping down slowly. I was actually 189 one day this week. No cheating, staying within my calorie range.

Yay! A loss! I'm happy! Now to just make it over the bump of 190 and into the 180's- it's been a long time and a lot of hard work...and it's so close!
