Well. started eating healhty again like a week ago, I haven´t lost much, since last Friday my weight was 175.2 so maybe like a pounds in a week, I´m not in a rush so I´ll just keep eating well and incorporating exercise back to my life

Still on carb ciclying, def my best, I´m extremely happy with the result and this is just more motivation to go on, I know there are gonna be some weeks that I´m not going to loose a pound and I know that I just have to keep going, no matter what.

well, this week I didn´t work out 3 days, because I had Irritable bowel, so I guess the diet recommended helped even more to loose the weight, today back to the work out, just walking for 30 minutes and low carb. just ate carb at lunch.

afer 12 days on carbs cycling.

I know that 12 days is nothing to see if a plan works or not, I know I´m retaining water becuase my ankles have been swollen so I was told to drink pineaple water and green juice that includes cucumber and pineapple in the morning to help with that.
i don´t add salt to my meals so I beleive could be from the sodium on the tuna and also I´ve been using the canned mushrooms.
I won´t use any of those 2 this week and see the results next week
