THis week has been a challenge, Christmas parties and events at church threw out my plan, I am having my breakfast and lunch the more Keto that I can but dinners have been the issue, I keep with Intermittent fasting and cardio in the morning.
plans for this weekend, stay at home. LOL.just kidding but I'll increase workout because on Christmas I'm not having Keto approved meals, but just that day.

Keeping a moderate keto, without exercise, however I feel with so much energy for a lot of things, this month is gonna be a real challenge, thinking to switch just to low carb or carb cycling. In 14 days I have had 3 "christmas parties" where I have eaten carbs going above 200grams of carbs. however that doesn't seem to affect my weight loss, I'm still with intermittent fasting, somedays 14 hours, those days where I had the excess of carb I tried to go 16 an 18 hours. I want December to be over quickly. At home we are planning our Christmas and New years dinner without carbs, but the real problem is going to be with the external social events.

Doing a Happy Dance here :)
I started moderate Ketogenic diec on 11/12/1 with 204 pounds, nearly a month after seeing 12 pounds less feels great.
I feel with more energy and my cravings for sweet things have decreased.
Hopefully I can maintain this as a lifestyle.
I have cheated like three times but I try to repair it with IF, and I feel those cheat meals are giving me balance and I know, now I'm concious about how cheat meal works.
