Not sure how it happened, but it did. I think it is a lack of drinking water or something. Anyway, I will take it and work on losing a bit more.

I know people say this all the time, but YOU PEOPLE are awesome. I'm sitting at work stressing out and I decided to look at the site and I am encouraged. Thanks to all of you that take the time to comment on entries and lend encouragement. It makes all the difference in the world. I truly love all of you!

I cancelled my weigh in for today. Trying to keep my head above water. The stress I am having right now has sent me on a downward spiral that has ended in binge eating sweets. I have been forcing myself to go to the gym. Although, I love my wedding dress and I am getting excited, it has been difficult not to sabotage myself. I will keep plugging away.

Geez, I thought the sun finally starting to come out would make all things right with the world.

I cannot thank my FS family enough for all the beautiful comments I received the other day about my dress. I really look for all of you for support and you always come through. I can't start slacking now that I have come so far. That comment is more for me than anyone else.
