I am not doing so well with my eating. I have been doing 94 sit ups a night for a week and a half. Started the 100 push up challenge as well. Now, if I could just lose some weight.

I was good this week!!! A trace of ketosis this morning AND I exercised every day this week. I am hoping that I will be back in the 150's when I weigh in tomorrow. I am trying my best to get back on track, but as the weather is getting warmer it is becoming more difficult to focus. My sugar cravings are OUTRAGEOUS right now. Once you give in to the craving it is difficult to detox. GRRRRR.

A little over three weeks before my next fitting for my wedding dress. This is the final push. I have been doing very poorly for quite a few weeks, but now I have to be more mindful.
