No change during the past week! Just 100 g which i think it is due to lack of water 💦! I can not control my appetite specially at nights 🌚🌃! I go to the fridge🗄️ many times unconsciously😬!

I have reached to 84.3! 😊 Honestly i just sticked to my sport plan and not my diet! I know its not good although the reasult is 🆗! For the next week with the help of my diet & exercise plan i am about to pass my all time strong support line in 83 kg. If i could do that it would be a great achievement! Like always i would need you kinf supports ❤️

Guess what has happened? During the past week i ignored all of my diet rules! And this is the result 🤪. I was tired of all my rules. I know there is a 10 kg weigh between me and my optimum weigh. And again i know i could once reach my 🎯 target. So i can do it again. Let's just see what will happen in the next Friday! Tile then I wish you the bests and do not forget to wear face masks 😷.

I was on a two weeks journey
🏞️🚗 to my homeland! During this trip i was not ashamed of my stomach and i ate everything! All my moms delicious 😋 foods! Today, when i was about to check my weigh i had anxiety. Just guess what happened? I loosed 1.3 kg 😂
