Have been traveling and not on diet. Careful what I eat, but not how much. Up a bit, but not bad considering. Feel good and that's the main thing, I suppose.

I'm down a lot today. It's a few days now since I drank some wine and that may be part of the reason. I've noticed in the past that drinking wine puts weight on me that lasts a few days. The other difference is that I have started eating a mixture of slow cooking steel-cut oats and Red River cereal with a bit of oats bran plus a few raisins cooked in for breakfast and sometimes for snacks along with my regular assortment of foods. This porridge seems to be quite filling and does not seem toput on weight.

I'm not losing. That's fine, I suppose, but according to my estimates, I should be. I have to conclude that my estimates for the calorie content of what I am eating and my activities are incorrect, or maybe it is just one of those things.
