not been paying attention for a couple of months..
i want to get to 75kg now
Actually two days ago someone remarked i had put on weight.. i weighed myself and came in under 80kg.. it just shows how much my body has changed for good that someone who was once 100kg gets that comment and is 79kg
anyway, 75kg is my target, i turned 40 not so long ago and i weigh less than i did when i left highschool..
i live in a pretty hot place (Sicily, italy) and so it is quite easy to not gain weight in the summer months, last night the temp did not fall below 21c so rather than eat you drink..(I mix 1 part fruit juice with 5 parts water)

Wow 4 years ago I was 100kg and lost 15kg or so in 3.5 months, since then I have never been above 90kg and have taken weight down.
Yesterday a pal of mine said, have you put on a couple of kg?
So i went off to get scales 79.5kg now i have not been on any kind of weight loss programme for months (whenever i reached 77.5kg on here i chucked the scales)
I was AMAZED when i thought yup i probably am heavier now.. then weighed in just under 80kg!
THAT IS AMAZING TO ME... I left school over 20 years ago and was probaby 82kgs
Although my weight is up 2kg from the lowest, WOW am i a happy camper, when people think I am heavier at 80kg
OH YES.. i think it is because I looked musculer in the top rather than fat..
wooohoooo
gOT MY SCALES going to get to 75kg and hit the beach
