Just a 31 year old guy who neglected to eat properly for a number of years and is now paying the price. I started Atkins on June 3rd, 2007 at 240lbs, but joined this site at 229lbs.

Seven years later (⊙_☉), I finally got to my goal weight in July, 2014 and won a biggest losers competition doing it. Now I just need to continue eating right, exercising and tracking weight for the rest of my life.
