I am a married 41 year old computer geek, mom of a 20 year old daughter who is in college and host-mom of a 17 year old exchange student from Norway.

In my 30’s I gained about 25 unwanted pounds. I have since lost them and now am focused on maintaining my weight between 105 and 110 pounds and staying motivated to exercise. I love to hike and kayak so that helps. I plan on hiking a section of the Appalachian Trail next year and am currently training for that.

I have a great job, great family and a good life. But I’m always striving for more. Who knows what I’ll try next:)
