My name is Jodi and I live in Colorado with my husband and 3 daughters, aged 1 and a half, 3 and a half and 15. I am a professional artist, instructor and keynote speaker.

I have struggled with my weight my entire life, starting out as a child, I used food for comfort. My weight has been as high as 210 and as low as 128, but for the last 10 years, other than when I was pregnant to term with my 2 babies, I have stayed in the mundane range of the 160-170's. I don't feel terribly fat but know I could be in so much better shape.

I am ready to take the challenge to be my very best in every area of my life! Looking forward to making buddies so that we can walk this path together- It is an amazing journey and 2012 is going to be our best year yet!
