My name is Jen. I spent most of 2011 getting myself in shape and lost over 100 lbs on my own at home just by counting calories and working out every single day. By the end of that year I found myself pregnant with my second child and so I spent most of 2012 gaining a lot of weight back. Now that it's 2013 I am so ready to get back on the wagon and continue my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I'm looking forward to getting back down to the lowest weight I saw of 171 lbs and then surpassing it down to my goal of 150 lbs. I may want to continue past that at some point but I'll see what I look like there and then make the decision. :)
