I am a single parent and also a student studying social work. I currently live in northwest Alabama. I enjoy group gathering, social drinks, 80's R&B music, and dancing. In my down time, i play Pogo games online and watch Netflix. I have been on diets before and got some results but it was only temporary because I am an emotional eater at times and give in. (-.-) shame on me. I was always told to eat everything on my plate as a child or i better clean my plate if i wanted dessert. This stuck with me 40 years. i beat the battle of not really wanting desserts but it's the eating everything i'm working on now, when to say enough and not i'm stuffed. :/
