I went paleo back in my early thirties. Started working at a sit down job and was constantly assaulted with delicate and decadant pastries and started gaining it back. Began weight lifting, and eating like a weightlifter. Managed to injure my knee after a night out with Mountain hippies. And that caused issues with weight lifting so I went with body weight. However I kept eating like a weight lifter. Wound up gaining everything back and getting really unhealthy. I dialed it all back in and now I'm predominantly Paleo Keto and I lost around seventy pounds in a year.
