Over the last few years I've lost around 2 stone. I could do with loosing another 7 pounds and increasing my exercise. Cycling has helped me a to get fit, this year I competed my first cycle tour of france including cycling up Mount Ventoux not very quickly around 2.50hrs!

I've just reached my 50th year and looking forward to more challenges in the coming years.
