Hi, my name is Maria, I'm from Puerto Rico, I started my diet when I was 419lbs, 5 week later I have lost 15.6 pounds. I have always felt secure, if not comfortable, in my big body, but last month I went to the doctor and they need to remove my gall bladder and before they do so, I need to lose 30pounds.. So I decided since I was going to be on a diet, to commite to it for the long run. Let's see how it goes!!!

2nd Goal: 350 (I've got pregnant on Dec, 2010 at 364 and by Sept 16, 2011, two weeks after having the baby I was 327.8)
