I am 22 years old and have always been overweight. I made a promise to myself a long time ago that i would never be over 200 lbs...well this past march I hit 203...thats a lot of weight for someone my size (im 5'3") I also went to the doctors because i never felt good. I found out i have very high cholesterol and very high blood pressure. The doctor informed me that I must make a change and I have! This is a long journey but i am conquering it little by little! It has been three months and i have lost a little over 30lbs...let the journey continue

GOALS:

180 lbs - new digital camera *ACHIEVED may 8th 2011*

170 lbs - new coach purse *ACHIEVED june 10th 2011

160 lbs - manicure/pedicure/ get hair done *ACHIEVED july 9th 2011

150 lbs - ? * ACHIEVED July 30th 2011

140 lbs - re-evaluate goals
