I live in Australia & have gradually put on more weight as I got older. I just cannot budge it but would love to be 60 pounds lighter for health reasons as well as for looks & to fit into nice clothes. I'm hoping for some support to help me reach my goals & I will happily offer support to help other members reach their goals. Thank you.
