Sooo glad I food prepped yesterday. It's really a pleasure to have hot, nutritious, filling food for my lunch on campus. I'm sure the protein will help me focus in class. I'm working hard on scheduling and preparedness and my efforts are paying off! :)

Great my daughter is in her Jr year but oh my she did put on a few freshman lbs her first year...she too loves low carb...gives her energy though out her day and she serves to at nights at Olive Garden..
