Delicious, keto eating today. Way over calories. 1700+ (1600); 72% fat (70); 18% protein (20); 10% protein (10). Doc said don't worry about calories. I don't think he meant this. Tomorrow is weekly weigh in. This will be interesting. Sleep well FB friends. ❤

You’ll probably lose! Don’t sweat it

Hey, keep the body guessing! LOL I go back and forth. Some days I’m at 1700-1900 cal and others I’m at 700. I’m learning to go back to not forcing the hunger and and to averaging out the RDI over a time period. I think that is helping me about tracking more than anything else. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So as momma6224 says, don’t sweat it! LOL 😆 🙋🏻

I'm in this camp too. Some days I have no appetite until dinner, some days I'm just hungry and have 5 or 6 small meals. It averages out over the week. Like Momma says, I sometimes lose after a well-fed day! It's weird.

as long as you keep your carbs at 20g the calories will even out. Learn the difference between hunger and thrist. That was a hard one for me. Some days I still struggle with that.
