Saw my new doctor today. I was happy to find out my scale is pretty much right on. All tests came back good.
BP 108/60
BMI 29.6 which is lower than I thot.
All values in normal range
LDL on the low side of normal.
Magnesium and Calcium all good
He really doesn't know much about Keto. He lost all his weight on Paleo and is maintaining on a modified version. He made some dietary change suggestions which I will test to see how the work for me. He doesn't want me to count calories or anything else. He s certain with moderate fat, protein, elimination of sugar, starchy veggies, pasta, bread, etc I'll lose slowly all the weight I want without the "extremes" and tracking everything that goes into my mouth. He may be right but it's my experience that without really tracking I soon fall off. He doesn't think I need the electrolyte supplements I got from my old Naturopath. I'll try it. Best part is I got all the tests done and confirmed I'm in good health. I'll see what the next 3 months hold and get new blood work them Staying the course. 😁

I’m glad your healthy. 🙋🏻 I hesitate when I hear a doctor say not to track since my bariatric surgeon and the nutritionists said the exact opposite. Knowing that human nature makes people not take seriously what the don’t keep track of. 🤷🏻‍♀️I’ve been tracking steadily for over 4 years and I wouldn’t have known what to change if I hadn’t been writing it down. So does he think your fine at the weight you’re currently at?
