Back Fromm 2 weeks vacation and 2 pounds+. I caught a head cold the last week and there went the exercise for a week. Oh well Back to work on the weight🙃

Thanks for the --get well and f I had stayed well and active I would have held my weight. We walk the beach from Kehei to Wailea,Maui every AM round trip 7 miles.😃
