345am...19 with wind chill of 11..goood monday morning..getting ready to head to fitness room an get my morning zwift ride/workout in an over with..wish i was awake..but that will happen about the time i get dressed in my riding bibs and get my protein/creatine supplement in me..then il be rippin an roarin..

took day off yesterday..an was lazy..to cold to get out an walk..but did do 34,670 in steps for last week..all walking steps..guess getting up out of recliner and moving more was a great way to get more movement..also my computer was in shop so needed something to occupy my mind..lol..

well...almost time for alarm on phone to go off tellin me its 4am..an that i need to get up an move so i can be on bike to get my morning workout in..just enjoy that feeling of getting my morning workout in an over with before most people are up an moving..counting down the days when the sun comes up earlier an the weather is nicer..be leaving house at 430am or there abouts an doing outside rides..having my road bike on a trainer this year was great cause the only excuse for not riding thru the winter was i was to tired..where as if i had ...had to ride outside this year..it would of been to cold, roads to bad, tired, not in the mood...little voice has a number of excuses..but with trainer..lol..not as many..

well alarm on phone just let me know its 4am..time to get up an get ready...
