The Christmas/Birthday Season is officially over. I have been under a ton of stress over the past few weeks, financial, physical (the flu), mental, everything just seems to have gone wrong recently. So I ate. A lot. But now I'm ready to get back on the bandwagon, and move forward. All the chocolate and cheese in the house is gone. I'm eating my "normal" breakfast today.
