A week or so ago, I swelled up real bad in my lower legs. Not sure why. I knew it was mostly water. I had made oyster stew with bacon etc and ate 2 bowls of it over 2 days (didn't record it and it's rare I miss recording anything. Then the next day I ate a bunch of candy. It's all coming off rapidly now. I expect to be back to 192 very soon.
