After reading a lot last night, I have decided to really cut out carbs..I had done this before and lost a good deal of weight way in the past. So I am focusing on that and eating mostly meat, eggs, cheese if I can. I do have some cabbage for veggie and some carrots but want to minimize sugars in any form.
Went out this morning and bought a bunch of bargain meat, so that made me feel better to know we will have some Christmas turkey.
