Everything just went all to heck in the last few days.
I did not keep track and could not keep on my goal.
Too much stress and sickness to say the least.

Been a bad couple of days guys.
I am up 3 lbs.
Evening weakness and not feeling well did not help. Overate and the wrong things to boot.
Still, start again. And it may not be so hard to fast today..not much of an appetite..wish I could say that everyday.

Writing a lot today :)
I hate to give up so easily but something is wrong with this lo carb diet I am on..something wrong for me.
