DAY 6..goood tuesday morning..day 6 of being back in control better of being on 20/4 fasting and sticking better to eating like i want to..woke up at 10 last night tummy was growling..ate a hard boiled egg an went back to bed..alarm woke me this morning...well it took 2 alarms to get me up this morning..was super tired..ended up doing 3 rides on zwift yesterday..26.4 miles total..today..well might be a later in the day ride..not really sure at the moment..

got all the fixings for turkey day..kinda looking forward to it this year..be my cheat meal for the week..gonna eat as healthy as i can..but at same time il be eating things i dont normally eat cause of all the carbs..im thinking im gonna be looking like the turkey before the meal when i get done stuffing myself..but its only one meal..well maybe 2...an then its forgive myself for enjoying a great meal an back on track at next meal...an back into the daily routine once again..

41..with a wind chill of 33..a day inside until after lunch for me..yawning...wish i had the umph to get my lazy butt up outta the recliner...i always feel more motivated after a ride..but gotta have alittle bit of motivation to get outta recliner an head to fitness room today..first cup of coffee..just didnt provide enough umph ...some days are like that..this is one of them days..

i had my salad yesterday with sour cream an mustard..thinned with water..an i didnt get cold like i normally get..so not sure why...but gonna keep using the sour cream till its gone an track the coldness i usualy get after my salads...

well..as i said first cup of coffee is long gone..no umph in this body today...might have to have another cup..but im thinking today is a lost cause for working out..but the day is only starting..

I wonder if it is the fat in the sour cream keeping you from getting cold? Salads are normally fat free foods .... unless you have a hard boiled egg and cheese in there? I am happy to hear you sound more chipper about your fasting. I think you were eating more carbs than you realized, too .... with the beans and cake, etc. You got this. I am planning on enjoying the day, too. Just going to be more mindful about my portions. Hugs!
