ALWAYS COLD AFTER I EAT MY SALAD AT 930AM..goooood monday mornin...another crisp morning outside..so glad to be able to get my riding inside this year..it does keep me more on track of doing morning workouts..i struggle alot of mornings to get on my trainer to get a ride on zwift in an over with...but as always..im always glad i did once its over..an just seems to make the day go by better when i do a morning workout..

for some reason after i have my morning salad at 930am or so..i seem to get really cold..only way i can get over it is to either get under electric throw or go to bed an get under the covers..usually 30 minutes later im warm an most days i dont even take a nap..just so cold i cant get warm..kinda thinkin its a sugar drop but not sure..or im thinking its a sugar spike ..

gonna try using sour cream today to make a salad dressing..change from store bought dressing to mix my own and add mustard..try an thin it down so i can use it like salad dressing..

rode my zwift ride this morning..was into a 20 mile ride when i lost connnection on internet after 14.8 miles..so had to save that ride an reload it all once again..but ended up doing another 5.5 ride making a 20.3 mile ride..might even add more miles on later today..depends on how rest of day goes..like always..mind always wants to do more...but body doesnt always follow as well..

well..breakfast is over once again...salad is made except for getting sour cream on salad...sittin in recliner with electric throw over lower half cause i should of put on sweats instead of shorts...just cant seem to get into the winter part of the season..
