Six pounds off so far this month. I hope to be below 200 by the end of the month - not worried about Thanksgiving, gonna eat reasonably and enjoy it and then the day after, back to the regular routine. I will be 200 lbs lighter this Christmas than last year. I can hardly believe it. FatSecret is a big part of that success. Thanks for this website, the mods, and the members.
