So far so good I keep talking to my self sometimes outloud lol I do not need what I am thinking about I've eaten all that I'm craving before and it's not worth upsetting my blood sugar or weight plan! You can do this, you can do this you can do this!

When I crave things, I try to satisfy my craving a different/better way... if I am craving a cookie or sweets, I'll make my vanilla keto coffee because it is the only thing in my house with any sugar substitutes to satisfy a sweet tooth. If I want buttery popcorn, I cook broccoli in extra butter, if I want ice cream so have a squirt of my whipped cream, it is one carb per serving though 😏 but much less than a scoop of ice cream. There are even sites that have info about swapping out your craving for what your body may be telling you it needs. Also taking a healthy concoction of a mineral rich supplement is supposed to help with cravings because your body won't be craving any minerals which turn into weird cravings like chocolate or junk foods. (Hope this rant made sense, just trying to help because I have been there with cravings and instead of ignoring them listen to them but swap)
