rubato456's Journal, 02 Oct 17

journaled everything i'm eating today. no wonder i had been gaining weight like crazy. its amazing how easily the calories pile on. must do this. one day at a time. i feel so weighted down its really hard to walk. really feel the strain on my knees and hips. must reverse this. oh to be lighter....how liberating that would feel.

I really get it. If I journal I loose weight. If I don't, then I don't.

You can do it. Logging helps keep me aware of what I'm doing to myself. It does the same for everyone...

Logging your food keeps you honest. I saw that I ate too many calories over the weekend. Back to 1,061 calories with occasional 1200 calorie days. I am petite so yes 1,000 calories. I have a friend who eats 850 calories a day to earn her baked goods treat day. We are both under 5' 4".

Do you count calories? I have trouble with points in recipes and maybe calories would be easier for me.
