FEELING BETTER SO FAR..goood friday mornin..went to bed at 530pm last night..sinuses bothered me most of yesterday after cutting grass day before..didnt so much of nothing yesterday..layed around an slept part of the day..finally at 530pm..went to bed..was asleep soon as i layed down..woke up this morning at 330am..feeling better..not 100 percent but better then yesterday..even got on the ole cannondale/trainer an did a zwift ride inside this morning already..57 outside..for me to ride in those temps an it not bother my knees i have to dress in layers below the belt line..easier to just get on cannondale an ride inside..i really think the trainer is a harder workout then riding out on the pavement..the short sleeve shirt i had on was soaked like id just come out of shower..an my riding bibs was just as wet..went thru 2x24 oz of water..think i was sweating it out as fast as i was drinking it...

Thanks everyone...thought I was feeling better after lunch so got back on trainer...but 7.5 miles later my energy level was back down to zero...so back to resting rest of day..
