I got through most of the day with little to no hunger. I'm thinking keto adaptation is kicking in now. Getting myself geared up for IF, maybe next week? It's no rush. The plan is to do this for the rest of my life so there's no need to rush it. I will allow it to come naturally. I eat when I'm hungry and eventually I will be less hungry.

Keto is beautiful.
