Woke at 216.2, up 1.6 from yesterday after the big night out at the steakhouse. Amazingly, I did not have a calorie surplus yesterday, and even the carbs were not bad (as a percentage). But of course, about doubled my 30 net grams target. But it's all just temporary water weight. UPDATE: Happy hour after work and a late dinner (midnight!) Not too bad on carbs though but plenty of empty alcohol calories. Of course, that will get metabolized first, so there will be no fat burning tonight!
