sorry with the late response NowIunderstand. :) but yes, potatoes, and if not talking about the white plate shining through, there is a sautéed onion in there. :)

also, this picture was taken a few days ago, don't know why it seems to be showing up today, but there are eggs in there as well, Three of them I think. so not the plate shining through. :) Yes, it was delicious. ! :)
