BACK FROM MORNING RIDE..good friday morning..just got home from a no traffic hardly 16.4 mile ride..took 89 min..wasnt in a hurry..just enjoyed the ride..was nice to get out before almost anyone was up..had the whole rode to myself almost...i think i may have counted 6 cars total go by me while i was riding..im sure they was headed to work..who else in their right mind would be up an moving at this hour besides someone like me that just enjoys the peacefull mornings of no traffic..no gasoline smells...was an enjoyable ride..alittle chilly..59..had to wear my insulted bibs and long john long sleeve shirt to keep the chill off..but worth it all...

chicken is in crock once again cooking..another hour an it will be time to take it up an clean crock pot again..not sure what else im gonna prep ahead yet..need to do muffins...made the cheeseburger bake yesterday an only had one piece...but i could of ate the other 5..it was good..had hamburger, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, an cheedar cheese inside it.. it was mmmmmmmm good...recipe is back one journal ...

furnace just kicked on ..feels kinda good..charging up my usb lights for road bike..they must of been almost used up..they was on red flashing when i got home from ride..but only way to go anymore is usb lights..just charge em up..

o crap...49 tonight..il be putting another layer on in the morning when i ride..brrr..be getting out clothes an layin them out so i dont forget nothing as i get ready in the morning..i did really good today..managed to take water bottle, liquid fat bombs in insulated bottle..mmm good...had gloves..even a head cap..was cool going down road at 17 mph..ave speed was 11.3..

well coffee is nice an warm...tastes good..need to fix breakfast an get something in tummy..riding on a 16 plus hour fast..is only way to work out..so im sure when i do eat..its gonna burn off as fast as i put it in..

WELL...NEED TO GET UP AN MOVE..MAKE BREAKFAST..CHECK THE CHICKEN..SEE WHAT ELSE I CAN GET ACCOMPLISHED..AND ITS ONLY 7AM...LOL...HAVE A GREAT DAY...

Wow.. as an exnewsagent I just love early mornings.. you can achieve so much And the world is so peaceful,.dont get stuck in the hurly burly with other stressed souls. And 16:8 is definitely the way to go for me too! Have a great weekend!
