THE COOL MORNING AIR..goood saturday morning..im guessing the cooler morning air zapped my energy level yesterday cause i was tired the whole day after my ride yesterday..i mean yes i did do muffins, and crock pot cooked chicken ahead..but by noon all i wanted to do was sit in recliner an sleep..which i did..missed alot of tv..but was just to tired to keep my eyes open..by 530pm..i was headed to bed..slept till 5am this morning..even shut off my alarms on phone so i could sleep in..something i hardly ever do..sleep in...just seems to make me feel like im behind for the whole day...but im starting to wake up...thanks to my coffee ..

yes i could of taking protein powder after my ride yesterday..i have protein powder ..an i also have hammers recoverite for my legs to help them recover faster..an it really does work..but when i use just one scoop..an most powders tell you 2...i start gaining weight..so i quit using the powders..and just opt for protein in food

was 50 when i got up..decided not to ride outside..might put bike on trainer later on an just do a zwift ride today...im thinkin the cold air ride yesterday and the longer ride might of been what tired me out so much..i really enjoyed getting out an doing a morning ride..but i didnt enjoy being completely drained the rest of the day..an i even took liquid fat bombs with me in a insulated water bottle to suck it out as i rode..still working on right combination of adding water to mix to keep it liquid enough to enjoy as you tip bottle to lips an suck it out or squeeze it out if its right consistency..

well coffee is gone...need to get up an move..get breakfast in me, make the bed, stuff like that ..that always needs to be done..

HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY...GONNA BE A NICE ONE HERE..NO RAIN TILL WED OR THURSDAY LOOKS LIKE..PLENTY OF SUN TO SOAK UP AN ENJOY.....
