i revised my recipe
1 1/2 cup of almond flour 1/2 psyllium husk 1 1/2 teaspoon on baking powder..which i didnt use 1 large egg 1 1/2 cup of finely shredded mozz cheese and since it seemed dry when i mixed it..i added enough heavy cream so i could make a dough ball from it..
hamburger mix to go inside dough once its rolled out.. hamburger frozen onion chopped green pepper chopped frozen mushroom chopped 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
put it on a cooking sheet or parchment paper..make sure you use almond flour to make it spread out better when you use a rolling pin on it.. pick up sides of paper or what ever you have it on and roll it into a long dough roll.. pinch it shut on ends an top..
oven temp at 350 for 25-30...i also used the broiler on oven to turn it brown on top alittle..
well worth trying..
