DEBATING..goood thursday morning..debating on whether to ride an hopefully beat the rain..taking off..or riding on zwift to get a ride in..just to many choices..had a good storm last night right before midnight an i kinda think it rumbled an lightening an poured until about 230am..cause when i got up at 330am...no rain..but its on radar and coming again for most of the day..so thought id journal an clear my mind of my morning thoughts..

did an outside ride yestetday morning about 930am..cant stand to do it that late in the morning..cause of the traffic that just dosent want to share the road with you or..the cars an trucks want to run the stop signs..errrr...just like when your driving you have to ride defensively to keep from getting run over by a bigger object an no air bags to help...but i did a 11.7 in 68 min..an it was already 78 degrees when i was riding..was a warm ride an winds was blowing out of sw at 8..so besides watching out for traffic..had the wind to contend with...but managed to get a morning ride in an then right before lunch decided to cut grass again..the afternoon was spent inside ..stayin cool...

gonna make a cheeseburger bake..first time..an ive already went in an edited the recipe some to cut some time off it..not using a double broiler..and just gonna take my chances...with prepping it up...leftovers for another time...

well...just looked at radar again...have decided to stay in an out of rain..gonna set bike back on trainer an do a zwift ride today..just a matter of unlocking back tire an rim..an replacing with trainer tire an rim to ride on trainer..about a 5 min job..not that hard..more i do it..faster i get...

almost time to turn on coffee..an get this day started out right...

ADDON..forgot to mention i tried on my 38s last night ..just to see how close they was to fitting..my motivational jeans..i could get em on...they was baggy in the butt..but cant button them..so even though scales dont always tell it all...clothes do...

You're doing great! I know what you mean about defensive riding..especially when so many drivers these days are on their phones.

i figured out how to make liquid fat bombs this morning..so you can take fat bombs with you if you walk or ride a bike for the energy level they give you..i put part of my mixture into an insulated water bottle an added alittle water to the mix..an when i put in fridge..it didnt get solid to the point that you would have to use a spoon to enjoy it...
