BEEN ON VACATION..goood saturday morning..no havent been anywhere...been on vacation from exercising..lol..havent rode in 2 days..just was really tired after i would drink my coffee for several hours..i was ok if i only drank one..but if i had 2 then i was so tired i just wanted to go back to bed..im beginning to think its the koolade packets i use to flavor my water..as i was adding one of the orange along with the heavy whipped cream to my coffee to hide the coffee taste..and since i cut sugar outta my eating plan..im thinkin one packet of it in coffee might of been ok..but having to coffees..along with 2 packets might of been to much sugar even though according to packet its sugar free...o did i mention its got aspartame in it...guess thats whats causing me to be so tired..to much aspartame/sugar..body seems to be getting so sensitive to certain bad chemicals i have cut out of my system..a good thing in the long run..wont be having any more of that..

havent been on bike trainer in 2 days..last of the month..just felt like taking time off..i hardly ever take 2 days off in a row..so it felt good to just enjoy the time..just meant more recliner time..to dreary outside an rain to boot..an falling temps..so couldnt enjoy time outdoors..

todays plan is to get on bike an train..gonna make up some cauliflower bread again today...hopefully todays bread wont be like hash browns..lol..gonna bake it in cupcake tins..see if that helps and as i said bake it..last time i tried it in skillet...

well...time to get up an move..coffee is gone..tummy is cryin for food..so time to feed it so it will shut up for a few hours..

so got myself a 29er Scott Hardtail Bike 2 days ago, figured since my feet cannot handle the walking biking would be a good alternative. Question is how long before your backside stops hating you, and you get more focused on exercise. Even though it has been right around zero degrees outside I have enjoyed riding, but I have to cut my rides shorter then I would like. Longest ride so far has been 45min.

lol...my butt is still hating me an i been using my trainer since jan..but im gonna get a new saddle for my bike an see if that helps..to cold outside for me to be riding..i bout a trainer for my road bike so i can ride inside..i use a program called zwift..its virtual riding ....pretty cool..go to www . zwift . com and check out the video they have ...might save you colder morning rides till weather changes for you...
