FOUND THE FITNESS ROOM YESTERDAY..goood sunday morning..the mood to workout finally came back yesterday...did a 12.2 mile ride on trainer..took 55 minutes..wasnt one of my faster rides..but least i did get on an ride..an thats all that counts..

went to walmart this morning an stocked up on items so i an try out new cooking ideas i been reading about an didnt have the ingredients to use them on..did make the cauliflower bread yesterday using cupcake pans and baking in oven..they came out greattttttt...an very little carbs if you only eat one..an if not still low on carbs..bag of cauliflower, 1 egg, an throw in some mozz cheese..mix it up an put cupcake liners in cupcake pan..set oven on 400 for 20-30 minutes...and mmmmmmmm goood...i have a problem...i cant stay out of them...

plan today is to ride..get my ride in..an hopefully get close to my average for the week...dont think i can hit it..but who knows for sure till i get in the saddle an start peddling..

42 outside this morning..really nice..just cool..rain is on the way for tomow again...grass is getting greener..an neighbors have been cutting around ..but im hoping to wait another week...but gonna have to get gas for rider so when i do decide..il be ready..might only be able to do part of yard as some of it im sure is still water logged from past rains..

well..time to get up an move this body..while the energy is at a higher level ...HAVE A GREAT SUNDAY...IF YOUR PLAN IS WORKING...STICK WITH IT..IF ITS NOT..TIME TO CHANGE TO MAKE THE BODY WONDER WHATS GOING ON..ONCE YOU FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU..THEN SUCCESS IS YOURS..ITS GONNA PAY OFF...
