Busy day! Helped my sister clear out her craft/junk room the past few days. It's a spare bedroom and we have taken about 40 bags of stuff out of there! We donated lots of stuff to the local thrift, took nice flowers to the local florist, and threw lots away. I'm exhausted! But stayed busy and didn't mind the liquid fasting. I did eat some celery, almonds, and peanuts today. The scales moved again this morning! Happy day! I haven't decided about tomorrow. Hubby is starting to worry about me not eating, so I may fix us a nice dinner we can eat together instead of him eating and me drinking my BPC. Hope you all had a great Ash Wednesday. I don't "do" Lent, but abstaining from all refined carbs sounds like a good thing anyway.
