My Fat Tuesday isn't going to be very fat! Yesterday's liquid fast was a success and I am going for it again today. BPC with some protein powder will be all that is on the menu except for my chia seeds for breakfast. The idiot box was down this morning, we'll see if it holds until weigh in day. I hope all my buddies have an awesome Fat Tuesday! Laissez les bon temps rouler!!
