JUST WAKING UP..goood saturday morning..eyes are almost to open an see that its 50..thats right in feb..had a warm one here yesterday on my day off..went out an set in 65 degree sun for 30 minutes just to get some rays an to feel the warmth for a change..felt great..even warmer today they say...watched alotta people go by yesterday after i came back in either walking or riding a bicycle..i been thinkin about taking bike off trainer..but i keep lookin at weather on weather . com an its not gonna last..some time next week its gonna be turning off cold again..so just a tease in the weather...its only feb...

todays plan to ride ..get another 20 plus hopefully..ordered some electrolyte tabs yesterday ..not been having bad cramps when i ride..but have noticed having minor ones..and with spring/summer getting closer..and my friend who uses them also i went ahead an ordered some for both of us..got a really good deal on 100 each for both of us..thats 2 tabs each ride..breaks down to 50 rides..was counting on calendar an ive done 18 days of riding since last of jan..so..might not be as many as i thought..

sister an i ordered cheeseburger bake from nutritionist..shes to bring that by today..enough servings for 8-9 people dependin on how much you portion it out to..as kids mom always made the meals..as adults i use to cook but wasnt as healthy as it could of been ..retraining myself to cook better is just like changing lifestyles in middle of the stream..its a learning experience..an learning how an what i can or cant have each meal...

i been watching a commercial on tv for name brand pizza..not interested in pizza..but now the bacon cheese bits..that is something i been trying to workout in my head of how to prep..thinkin parchment mini cup paper on baking sheet..with prepared bacon an cheese of low carb put over top of bacon...mmmmm ..senses getting all the smell an the taste going...but not parchment paper, bacon, or cheese to try it out...tomow is walmart day an list is already made out..an yes ...all three items are on list..

well..at the end of the journal..tea latte has been drank..eyes are finally open..tummy is starting to growl like usual...but not ready for breakfast yet..been eating alittle in the mornings for some reason..so....

13.2 miles...72 min..picked a hill route...i was going so slow that people runnin was passing me...but i climbed the hill an completed the route...proud of myslf...in past rides i always turned around ...taking the easy way out..gold star for me..

Way to go on the ride! If you haven't tried it yet, look up FatHead pizza. I hesitated for a long time, but finally made one this week. It is AMAZING! And there are so many things you can do with the basic crust recipe. Bread sticks, crackers, garlic knots... Try it!
