10 HOUR SLEEP..good morning ..went to bed last night when it was still daylight..an slept 10 hours thru the nite..was up once to p..woke up at 330am this morning ready to start a new day..already had my tea latte..so nothing to look forward to after my journal but breakfast..lol..

yesterday on the zwift program i did a course with a hill on it..i was getting passed by people running the course..in the other times i would do a u-turn an not attempt it to the top..yesterday i decided even if i was the last one up..i was gonna climb it..and i did..but it definitely wore me out rest of the day..only got 13.2 miles in yesterday..wanted more..but just wasnt any energy left in my body..

nutritionists brought over a 9x12 baking dish with what she called cheeseburger bake..i sliced it up into equal portions..put them into freezer for later..an last 2 pieces was tried out for lunch yesterday..was mmmm good..not something i would want all the time..but something different..really greasy..not sure what was in it..didnt ask..but later went on internet an found what was close to the macros so i could add it to my food journal for yesterday..kinda hit or miss..as the nutritionists only list carbs, proteins, net carbs, fats...

well guess my 2 cents has come to a close..mind is thinkin about breakfast..todays is walmart day..not that im outta anything really..just like to stay ahead of what i will need when i use up my stuff..sister usually goes on a tuesday..might just put off going today till tuesday an go then..not really sure...plenty of time to decide yet...lol..

14 mile...semi flat..smaller hills on zwift..past a volcano.. 55.47 min.. 88.1 miles for the week... 441 for the year so far...another day..another ride
